Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bd8k platform. By accessing the site, you are considered to have agreed to all of these terms.

1 Introduction and Applicability

bd8k (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "bd8k") provides an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions described below ("Terms") apply to the bd8k website (https://bd8k.lat) and all services operated under it.

By registering or using this platform, you are considered to be in full agreement with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of bd8k's terms and conditions and may result in all accounts being closed and balances cancelled.

  • All information provided during registration must be true, accurate and up to date.
  • Your password and login details must be kept completely confidential — they must not be shared with any third party.
  • If you need to change your account details, please contact support.
  • If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
  • The account holder is fully responsible for all activity that takes place on the account.

Financial Transactions and Payment Policy

4 Deposit Policy

Payment methods available in Bangladesh are used to deposit funds on the bd8k platform. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
  • Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits made through third parties may be rejected and refunds may be delayed.
  • The deposit amount will only be added to the account after it has been verified.
Please note: bd8k will never ask you to deposit directly into a bank or mobile banking account — use only the platform's designated payment channels.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to the withdrawal of winnings:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Your identity verification process (KYC) must be completed at the time of withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used at the time of deposit.
  • We may require additional verification in the case of suspicious activity.
  • Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements for bonus funds have not been met.

6 Bonus and Promotion Terms

bd8k offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before accepting these offers:

  • Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 10x.
  • Each user may claim each promotion only once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering must be completed first.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated.
  • Bonus claims made through fake accounts or manipulation will be cancelled.
  • bd8k reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd8k and may result in permanent account closure:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
  • Using bots, automated software or any other form of technical manipulation.
  • Attempting to access another user's account.
  • Registering an account with false information.
  • Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
  • Threatening or harassing other users or staff.
  • Fraudulent collusion or game manipulation.

If any of the above activities are suspected, bd8k reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account pending investigation. If the offence is proven in the investigation, the balance will be forfeited.

8 Gaming Rules

All games on the bd8k platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The following rules apply to gaming:

  • The outcome of all games is entirely random (RNG-based).
  • Attempting to collude with dealers or other players in live casino games is prohibited.
  • bd8k reserves the right to cancel the relevant round in the event of a technical error during a game.
  • Any funds won unintentionally as a result of an erroneous outcome will be reclaimed.
  • Separate specific rules apply to cricket betting and sports wagering.

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP benefits are subject to change and bd8k reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

11 Responsible Gaming

bd8k believes that gaming is entertainment only — it should never be considered a source of income. We prioritise the mental and financial wellbeing of our users.

Miscellaneous Terms

12 Limitation of Liability

bd8k always strives to provide a safe and reliable service. However, bd8k will not be liable in the following situations:

  • Delays or failures in third-party payment services.
  • Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

In the event of any dispute, the decision of bd8k shall be considered final.

13 Changes to Terms

bd8k reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes come into effect will be considered as your consent to the new terms.

14 Account Closure and Termination

Either party may close the account at any time. However, in certain cases bd8k may close an account on its own initiative:

  • In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions.
  • If fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspected.
  • If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
  • Due to legal obligations.

If there is a valid balance prior to account closure and no violation has occurred, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided.
